Key Responsibilities

Office Administration
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, brokers, and partners.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, property records, and client information.
Schedule meetings, property viewings, and team appointments.
Sales & Marketing Support
Prepare and update property listings, brochures, and marketing materials.
Assist in coordinating open houses, client events, and promotional activities.
Track inquiries and maintain client databases.
Financial & Documentation
Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Assist with property-related contracts, lease agreements, and compliance documents.
Monitor deadlines for payments, renewals, and submissions.
Client Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding property availability, documentation, and schedules.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication
